Shipping policy

At Haley Yarbrough Interiors, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated pieces—many of which are sourced individually and listed in limited quantities. Below is our current shipping policy for all online purchases:


Order Processing

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Because many of our items are individually procured and listed in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on the product’s availability and packaging requirements.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer standard shipping only for all domestic orders. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping or international delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.


Gift Cards

Please note:
We do not ship physical gift cards.
All gift cards are delivered digitally via email and are not eligible for physical mailing.


Shipping Timeline

Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days from the date your order is shipped. Please keep in mind that shipping delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or holidays.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at haley@hyinteriors.com within 7 business days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
