Return & Refund Policy

At Haley Yarbrough Interiors, we want you to love your shoppe purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please email us at haley@hyinteriors.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at haley@hyinteriors.com if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Need something different? The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once approved, place a separate order for the new product.
